Welcome to MaxFlo Service Management System ("MaxFlo", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MaxFlo platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Service Description
MaxFlo provides cloud-based software for managing:
- Service jobs
- Repair requests
- Customers
- Inventory
- Billing and invoicing
- Employee management
- Notifications and communications
- Reports and analytics
We may modify, update, or discontinue features at our discretion.
3. Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain current account information.
- Keep login credentials secure.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access.
You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data uploaded to MaxFlo, including:
- Customer details
- Job records
- Inventory records
- Financial records
- Uploaded files and documents
You grant MaxFlo a limited license to process and store such data solely for providing the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You shall not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Upload malicious code or malware.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
- Interfere with platform security.
- Upload content violating intellectual property rights.
- Use the Service to send spam or fraudulent communications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
6. Subscription and Payments
Where applicable:
- Subscription fees are payable in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
- Taxes applicable under Indian law, including GST, may be charged separately.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers including:
- WhatsApp messaging providers
- Payment gateways
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- Email service providers
Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and policies.
MaxFlo is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.
8. Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Freedom from security incidents
Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
MaxFlo and all related software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content remain the exclusive property of MaxFlo or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Redistribute
any part of the Service without authorization.
10. Data Backup
While we maintain backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining copies of critical business records.
We shall not be liable for accidental data loss beyond our legal obligations.
11. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it solely for purposes related to the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MaxFlo shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of goodwill
- Data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during the preceding twelve (12) months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MaxFlo from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Required payments are not made
- Required by law
You may terminate your account at any time.
Upon termination, access to the Service may be removed.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kottayam, Kerala, India.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
